55vip may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require you to submit identity verification documents ("Know Your Customer" or KYC documents) including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by 55vip may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.
55vip accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). 55vip does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed on the Platform's deposit page.
The minimum deposit amount is displayed on the Platform's cashier page and may be updated from time to time. 55vip reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice to players.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 55vip account within minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. 55vip is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
